Dear Management of Wyndham Residence, I had a disappointing experience with customer service at the Wyndham Residence Hotel in Palm Jumeirah. Despite staying there comfortably from February to December of the same year(2023), I've encountered issues with receiving my deposit back, even after completing the witness inspection required by the contract upon check-out. Despite sending over five email requests, I haven't received the refund for over two months now. While I find it difficult to blame the employees directly, I am still waiting anxiously for the return of my deposit. Expressing significant dissatisfaction with the service, I am now advising other travelers against recommending this hotel.

Perfect hotel for a relaxing holiday. The beach is fantastic it's never too crowded and the cocktails are excellent. Loved swimming early in the morning when there's no one on the beach. Staff is great but the best person is Lin working at the pool area!

Our room was cleaned by Ramdan and Thomas. excellent cleaning! We like everything! The guys complimented us with an elephant made of towels. It was nice to see this when we got to our room! Thanks a lot The staff is very friendly and positive!!

When we arrived at the hotel, we were greeted very politely. The location from the hotel to the beach is only a few minutes' walk away. A very nice beach at Soluna Beach. We had a room with a view of the sea and a balcony. It was tidied up every day, we even got more bottles of water in the room on request. The breakfast was very tasty, very varied. As we only booked breakfast, we went to the hotel once for dinner on fish day and everything was delicious. Everything you want is freshly cooked on request. The chef was also very helpful and courteous. Great team and good service throughout the hotel. We more than enjoyed it, we will definitely recommend the hotel to others. Nice resort but different from other resorts as it is quiet. There are not many restaurants in resort. Swimming pool is good. They upgraded us from studio apartment to three bed room apartment also. We had gone on our anniversary and they provided us with complimentary cake also

It is a perfect place for a relaxing holiday. Very chilling atmosphere and the beach is excellent. Enjoyed swimming early in the morning when there's no one at the beach. The staff is very nice but Lin working at the pool area is the best.

Very nice hotel. Front office Ms Bertha was so kind and helpful in so many ways. Gave us a discount, helped us move our luggage....so so generous. Every staff is wonderful and friendly!

the hotel is not the same as in the photo, entrance tickets do not work, and the dog was sitting inside alone (she was crying)! The staff took their time with bottles of water for about 20 minutes, the only thing I liked was the buffet and the kitchen. I would also like to add that the hotel allows pets, but an additional payment is required.
